Alex Walsh, AB'08 - President

Alex Walsh graduated from the University of Chicago in 2008 with a BA in Economics. At Chicago, he was a member of the Delta Upsilon fraternity, as well as The Ransom Notes, a co-ed a cappella group. He came to Atlanta in 2016 to get an MBA from Georgia Tech, and now works in customer marketing at The Home Depot. He's taken up running, which he tends to do along the Chattahoochee, and is a huge baseball fan. Go Cubs!
 

Nicole Baran AB'09 - Programming Chair

Nicole Baran graduated from the University of Chicago in 2009, where she majored in both Comparative Human Development and Economics. She went on to receive her Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in Behavioral & Evolutionary Neuroscience, from Cornell University in 2015. She is now a postdoctoral researcher in the School of Biological Sciences at Georgia Institute of Technology. Nicole is also involved with the local chapter of the 500 Women Scientists (an organization for women in STEM fields), volunteers with the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition and swing dances semi-seriously.


Neal Idnani, AB'08 - Board Member at Large

Neal Idnani received his AB in Economics from the University of Chicago in 2008. After a brief stint in corporate America, Neal started a brand of fast casual Indian restaurants called NaanStop, which has two locations in Atlanta, GA. He recently moved to Kirkwood with his wife, Erin. His hobbies include hiking, reading, cooking, and a recently developed interest in meditation.
